How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
How do I subscribe to Pro or Elite?
On iPhone, subscriptions are managed at nutriquest.io/subscribe. Your subscription syncs to the app automatically.
My meal scanner isn't recognising food
Try good lighting and a clear, top-down photo of the meal. If it persists, email us with a sample photo and we'll investigate.
I'd like a refund
Email us at hello@nutriquest.io within 14 days of purchase and we'll process your refund.
